I am always disappointed by this Dunkin. From the long wait times to the almost constant inaccuracy of orders. They barely acknowledge you when you are there. I know several people who have always had these same experiences. Today I ordered jelly and glazed munchkins and got chocolate and these gross burnt or old glazed munchkins. Also a strawberry frosted donut which had hardly any frosting or sprinkles left on it, and was thrown into the bag with the munchkins. Low quality is almost a guarantee here.

Slowest Dunkin ever. I waited in the drive through with only 1 car ahead of me for 10 mins. When I got to the window I had to wait again. I paid the cashier and he walked away. The manager came over about 2 mins later, put my coffee on the holding mat next to the register and walked away. I had to finally beep my horn for someone to get my coffee and give it to me.

This location is closest to my home. 9 time out of 10 I am waiting 10 to 20 minutes in the drive thru with only 2 to 5 cars ahead of me. I just waited at the speaker for 10 minutes without even a "we will be right with you" and decided to go inside to get my order I placed on the app. 3 workers and a manager. 1 of the guys was just walking around doing nothing. Probably the worst service I have ever received at a dunkin location.

It's 5:30pm and I just stood in this location for atleast 10 minutes waiting to order. The girl came over and said she would be right with me I continued to stand there waiting as they just kept taking drive through orders. Apparently the only way to get service here is to go through drive through or you aren't worth their time. First impressions last forever....lesson learned I will not be revisiting this location
