They NEVER answer the phone! I found no provision at their site to change an appointment, or to question what is was for, as it may have been scheduled automatically. I had no option to cancel or reschedule in the text sent to me. I had to Wait to speak to a person at a general Advocate patient number, who could NOT cancel an appointment at could not make.

The red haired lady that’s working at the Fox River Grove ACL facility today at 8:00 am Dec 1st 2020 was so incredibly loud, rude and impatient, I have NEVER had that experience with any other person that’s worked there! Although my wife said she was very good at taking blood their is NO excuse for that behavior!! Can someone please talk to her!

Customer Service was awesome. The lady that drew my blood was so kind and gentle. Was in and out in a timely matter.
