We have been bringing our dog to EAH for three years now. Recently we adopted a cat and took him in for his first visit. Never have been a cat owner before we naturally had questions for the Veterinarian. She left my wife feeling like she wanted to cry. She was rude and condescending with a narcissist level of decency. Shortly after that visit we received a notice from the EAH stating they are dropping us and that we should find a new Veterinarian Hospital. Never once did she apologize. Like a bully on the playground she took her ball and walked away knowing she had no excuse for her behavior. Very disappointed. -JK

I brought my dog and cat for 5 years here. I was late (10 minutes) once when my 13 year old dog was sick, and they turned us away. This annoyed me because 1. my dog was VERY ill, and 2. I had routinely waited 30+ minutes past scheduled times for almost all prior appointments with no complaints. The bedside manner and delivery of the vet tech that day left me in tears. I spoke with the vet later about the incident, who was equally uncaring. Molly passed away shortly thereafter. Edit: Though the Animal Hospital did offer me a later appointment after I was late arriving from 40 minutes away, I was too appalled by their response and bedside manner to trust them with my animals. What caring vet turns down any sick animal?
