This is a good place with good amenities. Rent is slightly high for the value of the apartments. The maintenance and administration can be hard to work with or reason with. Neighbors are great and quite nice to each other.

Mayfield Place is an incredible area to live! Luxury apartments recently built with an awesome vibe of kind, genuine people. The office staff esp ones I've worked with, Candace and Kiara, are extremely helpful and always go the extra mile! Amenities are awesome; including the pool, gym(4 days a week) and club house. Location is perfect, right across the MA border, and close to Hartford, plus 15 min to Springfield makes it very easy access. Highly recommend to anyone looking to live a life of luxury!

It's natural gas
Yes they are still building. Construction won't be finished for a while. I don't know the acreage. Stop into the office to get answers to these questions. It is a great place to rent!
