It so many years ago this was a really great restaurant. The dinner we ordered (take out) tonight was REALLY fatty & heavily breaded, REALLY small portions for the price paid, the containers were not even full! Never again!😠

Sad to see the Great Wall fall. Enjoyed it for many years, but it seems the times have left it barely functioning. Ordered lunch from my office. 3 menu items. I was told 25 minutes. At pickup, the only customer, I was left standing in the restaurant entrance of hanging plastic, empty 5 gallon soy sauce pails and dirty aquarium for sometime, when someone finally appeared at the kitchen, yelling "Be right with you." I see no takeout waiting. Nobody had taken my name, or number. I stood there...fuming....hungry..for probably 10 more minutes, wasting my lunch hour, and then just left. Pathetic. Do NOT think this is the old Great Wall.

I ordered chicken wings combo fried rice and egg roll. Seafood soup. Different seafood soup that I've had, it was fair.THE COMBO I COULDN'T EAT, HONESTLY, OLD CHICKEN WINGS (REFRIED) EGG ROLL (FRIED) DRIPPING GREASE. NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER TAKE OUT. 2nd time this week, CHINA WOK EXPRESS WAS THE OTHER PLACE

Great Wall Restaurant serves some of the best chinese food you'll find in western mass. It's not oily, overly sugared, nor full of MSG. I recommend the Savory Roasted Chicken from their tasty gourmet menu cuisine. American Chinese staples such as General Tso's chicken are available from their regular menu. I've failed to find a better General Tso's in all the region. While the service and atmosphere have room for improvement the food is well worth the visit.
