Save time and take your business elsewhere. They are price gouging! $3000 over MSRP because of vehicle shortage. The sales manager low balled my trade in. When I asked to speak with him directly he was arrogant. I took it across the street and was offered over double with zero attitude. Then I went to a third dealership and pre ordered a new Honda with NO MARK UP and was treated pleasantly. I have bought four new cars in my lifetime. I understand the market is different right now. This sales manager should not be in sales with zero customer service communication skills.

Devanté Beltran helped me lease a new 2021 Honda Accord Hybrid- he was very thorough and patient with me. This was my first time leasing my own car and it was easy. I was able to pick up the car easily as well. I arrived on his day off, and even so, a very polite woman assisted me in picking up my vehicle and all my paperwork was prepared for me, ready to go!
