My wife dropped off a heavy package at this location & went back to the car to get another package for drop off & told me she saw the girl behind the counter take the heavy package and push it off the of the scale onto the counter top & then onto to the floor causing the package to hit the floor making a loud noise when it hit the floor. I do not know of the package is broken or not, but I already reported this to the buyer of the package & I am going to report this to Usp main headquarters as well. I have had a large package break in the mail with this Ups store in the past & they should not intentionally push a customer's package on to the floor from a high distance & should get help carrying the package if it is too heavy for them to carry ( my wife weighs about 120lbs & carried this package in by her self from my car. No reason this worker could not have gently lowered it to the floor rather than push it off of the counter . This is ridiculous & I would like this package back so it can be inspected for damages! And after reporting this to my customer he is upset with me!

The staff at the UPS store in East Longmeadow is friendly and welcoming. They are always ready to help me box up my package and send it wherever I need. I had to return my free standing air conditioner, they were ready and helpful. Amazon returns, you got it! Sending a care package to my sister in Kentucky they were helpful in finding me the most cost effective and quick way! Across seas… no problem they will guide you to the right packaging and proper postage. I love going here to send my packages because I know they will be kind and won’t steer me wrong.

I shipped myself a package from this location to my home in Florida that was full of my valuables. The woman who helped me was pleasant and I purchased packing for the very top of my full box. The woman went on to say how tightly packed my items were and only needed to use packing for the 2-3 inches of space on top. The box was 57lbs when I left it with staff to pack, when I received the package it was 2lbs and over half of my valuables were not inside the box anymore. There was no damage or forced entry to the box, it had not been cut open, items were tossed around due to how much of my valuables were missing. When I called the store to figure out what needed to be done they told me it was definitely not stolen by someone there and it must have been along the route. No offer to review cameras or anything. I spent a lot of money to receive my items safely and I'm heartbroken that half of my collectible valuables were stolen from a UPS employee.

Hi J.M. The store has not closed. We are here and certainly have no plans to do that!
I don't like it because my shipping merchandise they hold it now they are not even here yet they suppose to ship it to the East Long Meadow im still waiting for it still okay im so disappointed
