This place rips you off. Almost 30 dollars a person for the basic meats. It's not worth the price. The meat is tough or rubbery. Tastes like it was previously frozen. The sauces are salty. There are very little side dishes. We tried a few different styles of meats. The quality was so bad on the chicken and pork belly. We left most of it uneaten. We decided to leave and when we asked for the check we were informed the uneaten poor quality meat would be an extra charge of 10 dollars and that a tip will be added for 15 percent of the whole check. Our meal alone should have been around 60 dollars for two people. The check came to 78. Never were we informed of those added charges before ordering or the mandatory tip. I do not recommend this place. Tomorrow I will be calling my bank to dispute the charges and filing a complaint with the BBB. The server basically told us the fees with my card in his hand then walked off before I could say anything. I didn't sign and left.

I’m from Southern California, so I often miss the A+ quality KBBQ from down there. Sometimes I feel like the Eugene/Springfield area lacks the diversity of food options I’m used to from back home, but Kkoki highlights how you can find rare gems of culture and umami cuisine here if you look hard enough. I’ve eaten here quite a few times now, and I always enjoy the selection of meats and side dishes they have to offer. Their food is always so flavorful too, and the servers check up on you consistently to make sure you have everything you need. The staff there is very friendly, and I often make conversation with them when I visit. Coming here makes me feel at home, and I’d 100% recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a fun, interactive, and delicious dining experience.

Excellent food, however charging 10$ for any excessive food and not allowing the customer to take the excessive food is a ridiculous policy.

This was absolutely fantastic. Highly recommend menu item number two, it's tender and amazing. Staff was friendly, building is super clean. I suggest asking for half portions so to don't fill up too quickly.

They had their soft open this week. Friends went Saturday night and we went tonight. Great food and service for their soft open!
As of now, yes @ 4pm daily.
They do come around and notice if it is charred and do offer. Also if you ask for a frequent change they are more than happy to oblige with a more frequent check. Nice folks.
