Green Bike Shop has always done an excellent job servicing my bikes. Decided that it was time for a new bike so went to see Sean at Green Light. He spent a lot of time with me to understand what I was looking for and what my budget was. He built and awesome road bike for me. Great quality and on budget. Always nice when you can support local business. Great job Sean!

I bike year around and travel frequently, anytime I'm in the area, Green Light Bicycle Shop in my go to bike shop! Anytime I need my bike shipped somewhere or put back together after biking out of state, I bring my bike here. The service is great and rather quick compared to other bike shops I've been to.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. Went the extra mile to find odd sized tires for my ancient bike ! Thank you 😊 Back here to edit : I bought a " vintage " bike because it was cheap , but it needed new tires . Come to find out the size is very odd and hard to find . I bought online after tracking it down to some warehouse... only when came it was not the correct size . Sean tracked down 2 of the correct size locally and bought the wrong online tire from me !! So helpful , knowledgeable and very quick service . I thank you again !!

Super fast service!!! Was visiting Western Mass riding the local trails ended up breaking a spoke on my handcycle, after being told by another bike shop I needed a new wheel. I called Green Light and Shawn fixed it without hesitation and got me back riding. Service was very quick and affordable. Also has the best shop helper who is very knowledgeable about all the bike parts!! Thanks again you saved our cycling vacation!!

Door open whenever it is warm. Distance of 8 feet or more. Holding breath when handing over a bicycle, or leave the bicycle and step back. Stand behind the line in the retail area, don't go into the work area. Wear a mask is strongly encouraged. Use of a mask does not negate my distance requirement. I will answer questions and converse from across the room - 15 feet or more. When paying by card, I will leave the card and receipt for you to collect, minimizing hand-off. The space is large and allows for excellent caution, and rarely is there more than one party being served. I quarantine cash for two weeks whenever possible, and I clean surfaces regularly. Curbside service for a cash-carry purchase is possible, though no one has asked yet for this.
