Upon entering,it was a great atmosphere and the wait staff were friendly. However, after being sat down..it seemed to me like we're not being noticed again and it took forever to get just even a water, let alone our meal.

Located in the heart of Eugene and great selection of menu and drinks. A good place for casual lunch or anniversary celebrations. We enjoy the atmosphere and also good quality of food. We are thrilled that even during COVID, the restaurant was offering creative menu for Togo orders. And now we are able to dine in again and enjoy the feast.

I love the vegetable rich dishes. Veggies were fresh and not overcooked, which is a big thing for me. I cook Thai food authentically, so it's nice to have a healthy an delicious Thai food meal where I don't have to cook. Our waiter was great, he was super friendly, timely and professional. We didn't have a reservation, but we waited less than 5 minutes at a prime dinner time. Which was unexpected, but appreciated. I know it's hard to accommodate guests who don't have reservations when in a dinner rush.

We visited from Southern Oregon. I had read many reviews. We made reservations before driving up as their website suggested. When making reservations they asked if the 90 minute table limit was okay. I agreed to the 90 minute table limit. The following day, when we showed up 5 minutes early for our reservation, there was a lady in front of us without a reservation wanting to be seated. The hosts never made her agree to a 90 minute table limit. The hosts peeked around and greeted us and we identified ourselves and they told us thank you and asked us to wait. They then took the walk in with no appointment before us. This walk in was not wearing a mask either. Another guest showed up while we were waiting and he said that the other part of his party was already inside and they let him in also without wearing a mask. Once taken in, wearing masks, we enjoyed the simple modern decor. It was clean. We ordered Chicken Sabai Noodles and Chicken Panang Curry. We also ordered 2 of their signature Lemongrass and Basil gimlets. They had no knives on the table. The rolled silverware included a fork and a spoon only. The knives would have helped greatly with the chicken dishes. The food was okay. The gimlets were gross. We won’t go back. They were definitely a little too precious and pretentious.

They don't! Take out only.

I have a gift card. But after reading service reviews, might just regift. Shame owner is not more actively trying to tend to negative reviews.

Those negative reviews were either melodrama or insolated incidents. Been going there since they opened and never experienced bad service and food was always great. Use your giftcard and you'll see for yourself or rest assured the person you give it to will definitely make good use of it.

We like the place and recommend it highly best to call them and find out if they're open at Christmas. Don't Rely on people that leave opinions like the one below me though I am quite sure that they could have been there on a night that was just a bit off. we've eaten there multiple times and been very happy with the product and the environment and the service.
