Called the pro shop said part was not in stock, ordered part with overnight shipping to hopefully get it fast and is still takes 4+ days. Called shop next day with new person answering and the part was in stock all along that I could have drove to pick up. They also said my build would not work that is all over the internet with compact slide and comp on full frame p320. Make sure you really ask questions or ask for somebody who knows what they are doing or talking about

Purchased a new barrel from here and it does not fit my gun. Customer service was incredibly rude told me it's my fault even tho my exact model is listed on the site for the barrel. They even suggested I bypass a safety feature of my firearm to use the barrel. I did not expect this from sig I've allways loved their products but I cannot suggest buying elsewhere strongly enough, if something is wrong you will be told its not their problem and there is nothing you can do. I still cant belive how confrontational and accusatory this rep was all I wanted to do was return a product I cannot use due to the description on their website being incorrect.

Ordered a Sig Sauer M17 Proforce Airsoft Pistol (Green Gas) from a third-party seller for firearms training (I live in NY, so this is the best bet for backyard firearms training I'll be able to get). This Sig was also bundled with a Sig Air red dot sight. When it arrived, I immediately was having issues. The rear sight screws were adhesively sealed in place, and led to me stripping them in an attempt of removal. Then, the weak plastic mag lip eventually ended up snapping off one of the mags. This led me me to call customer support. Now that the bad things are over, here's why my rating for Sig is five stars: I called Sig support to see what could be done for this. After following the prompts from the automated messages, I was instantly connected to a representative. I explained the problems, and they stated that I could send it to them, and they'll take care of all the problems for free. Sig sent me a pre-paid shipping label for Fedex, and I shipped it out the day of (3/8/21). It arrived at their facility in NH in one day. Then, four days later (3/12/21), I receive a notification: the product was finished with repairs, and was shipping back! And here I was thinking it was gonna take weeks to repair and ship back. I then received the product just yesterday (3/15/21), and opened it to find an attached red dot sight with new rear sight screws, and three mags. Unfortunately, the one mag with the broken lip was replaced; but with a CO2 mag. I needed a GG mag. I called them up today (3/16/21), and, again, after following the prompts from the automated messages, I was instantly connected to a representative. I thanked them for the fast action with my previous issue, but informed them of the new issue. The representative explained that it wouldn't be a problem, and not only did he put in for a brand new free green gas mag to be delivered to my house, but even let me keep the CO2 mag. And the new mag shipped the day of as well!!! I am greatly satisfied with Sig's support team and products, and will definitely be purchasing from them in the future.

I purchased a diamond plate P238 about six months ago. I have been out to a range shooting four times. Two of the times I had a grip screw pop out on to the floor. I called Sig yesterday and you know what they told me "the P238 is not really a range gun to put lots of rounds through". I told them this is a brand new gun with less than 100 rounds through it. This is a manufacturing defect. He said to use gun tight. I said fine, send me some gun tight and some spare screws. He said he could not send me gun tight and would have to charge me for screws. ***BEWARE***This is a defective gun out of the box for which you will need to purchase gun tight in order not to lose screws and customer service does not give a crap that you purchase a $700 defective gun. I will never buy a Sig again.

No. It's a manufacturing facility. The pro shop is just up the road at the Sig Sauer academy.
