This store is trashed every time I go. If that wasn’t enough reason to stop going, I wanted to exchange some UNOPENED bags of Halloween candy. Their receipt clearly states ‘We will gladly exchange any unopened items.’ Yet the manager rejected my exchange request. Apparently you can’t return food? Never heard of that in my life, even at grocery stores. Suggestion: if you won’t take back a certain item, make it clear to consumers when they are making their purchase. Terrible policy.

I really like going to the dollar store for cards,balloons, gift bags, ribbon and eye glasse readers, however the last time I was in the Exeter NH location the floor was disgusting. There are stains all over the carpet and underneath the display racks it looks like it hasn't been vacuumed in quite awhile. You'd think since they sell food the health department wouldn't like to see it in this condition.

A good place to go if you need a few balloons or other party accessories. However it is a fairly big store and it wasn't too easy to find a couple of things that I was looking for and when I asked for help I was just told that I might find that in aisle 1 and I was just pointed in the direction of that aisle, there was no effort beyond that to help me find what I was looking for.
