Ive always loved Michaels but after the experience I’ve had with their Custom Framing department I would truly never shop here again. It’s almost fraudulent. We paid for a $500 custom frame and dropped off artwork separately to be framed on December 3rd and to this day they have not been able to even tell us where our order is. I understand that the frame is coming from a separate gallery but maybe they should not offer this service if they work with unreliable framing companies or do not have the relationship with tasks company to fix issues such as this. I have called the store directly and all the employees give absolutely no information on what they are going to do to resolve the situation or expedite the purchase that was supposed to be completed prior to Christmas. They tell us that they’ll call us with updates then we don’t hear from anyone for weeks. I even emailed their customer service email and received absolutely no response. I am close to reporting their business to the Federal Trade Commission because we paid a decent amount of money and are getting the run around from everyone in this company. Don’t waste your money on this service.

Store was clean and bright. Front end staff was friendly. The shelves however were not very well stocked. Good luck trying to find anyone to help you find something on the floor if your looking for something in particular.

The store is well organized and clean but when I couldn't find what I was looking for I found the staff to be very personable and helpful. The prices aren't bad either and there is often some kind of coupon available online.
