I always try to shop local so I went in to get balloons for my son’s graduation party. The older women working was nothing but rude. Seem annoyed she had to blow up a couple balloons because “she had a ton of preorders” She could not get us out of the store quick enough. Absolutely no customer service skills and because of her I will not be back.

I absolutely adore this place, its about average price for most things. But I'd rather support a local buisness anyways so I dont mind spending a couple extra dollars. They have a very large variety of stuff. From cheesy to classy gifts. The staff is 99% of the time amazing. And they always are there to help you with ideas, special orders, masks etc. 10/10 would recommend i go there every few weeks

Love the customer service with Holly!! I called for balloon deliveries for separately themed parties, and she took her valuable time to speak with me about options. The large balloons were all perfectly color coordinated, festive, and fun! If you've ever tried delivering more than 20 balloons before, it isn't easy! (I've sadly lost many ) The balloons totally made the atmosphere festive and more fun! I can't thank Holly enough for making the parties easier and stress free for me. If you need a "go-to" dependable and reliable party store, this is the business to use! I will be back every time I'm in need of a friendly, helpful, party representative.
