After all these years the symphony Hall has been standing you would think they would give it a new facelift the place is still too small for concerts or any other events. The seats are too small, too close where you can't even breathe without touching the next person. I mean really, when are they going to fix this place up.

Not a good experience. We were in the balcony, to use the rest room you need to go down 3 flights of stairs. The seats are very small, anyone 6' or taller will be very uncomfortable. 45 minutes past the start time of the show an announcement was made the the venue was having "power problems" over an hour later without the show starting we left. So many good venues to see shows and this certainly isn't one of them. NEVER AGAIN for us. We'll spend our money elsewhere.

3 stars was for the show! The comedian was hilariously funny and had a great show. As far as the theater it was probably nice 30 or 40 years ago! The carpets are that old burgundy color rugs from most older theaters. The seat are extremely tight and the chairs are hard wood. The concession stands are under managed. The price isn't bad for beverages and snacks.

The new MGM casino is a three minute walk; inside of which are eateries to grab a quick bite.Nadims,another restaurant with 4minutes and Red Rose also 3-4minutes away.

Call the box the box office. I'm not sure of the number but you can let them know you have a handicap party. I do have a handicap disability and attended a concert last November successfully
Hot Table, but not on Sunday and Nadim's Downtown. Hot Table is very good paninis and Nadim's is Mediterranean food. More upscale and the costs reflect it. Very good. Try the humachos. Like nachos, but with hummis. A couple of more blocks away is the new MGM casino with many restaurants and also Red Rose Pizzarea. Best place in Springfield for pizza. Great Italian dishes too.
They are managed by MGM Springfield now, so check them.
