The staff at this Manchester NH location are bright, happy and helpful. The corporate phone system and customer notification system, not so good and not respectful of the time of customers. After waiting many weeks for the promised call that glasses were in, I found out that the National System sent a "text" to my office phone number that does not accept texts. Needless delay and they did not even offer anything for the trouble. Not what I would expect from a full service full retail price office. If I had time to waste, I could have gone online and will next time. Sorry not MyEyeDr.

From the warm, inviting, amazing front desk staff, to the medical provider's and picking glasses in the end, just an all around incredible experience. Our family loves Eye See and I would recommend them to anyone who wants to see🤓
