My "shoulder length cut," doesn't even reach the end of my face. You can't take away someone's glasses and then once you are totally finished give them back and ask "Is it too short?" You can't glue it back on. The place is lovely and the owner is nice, but I really couldn't see what was happening and was sadly shocked by the outcome.
