HD staff is always helpful and friendly. On a recent visit many aisles were partially blocked with stock and long displays. I was pushing a large cart and navigation was difficult. Stock on hardware and electrical items are greatly reduced. No 16D galvanized nails are stocked. The associate suggested ordering online. Such a common item, and I needed to go to Ace Hardware so I could finish my project. I now check the product on the website before going to the store. I make fewer trips to the store and Amazon is becoming a more frequent source.
