Honestly screw these other reviews?? This gym has stood the test of time!! The only gym that has stayed in tampa as long as it has, and it doesn’t even have all of the “extras” including saunas, cycle classes, yoga or whatever. It’s a classic gym with some of the best trainers, best boxers, and kindest owners. I wouldn’t pick somewhere else to workout even if you paid me. Family owned is the way to go!

HORRIBLE, DO NOT GO TO THIS GYM! The staff is careless and unresponsive, I tried to support a local gym rather than a franchise but they literally do not care about their members. They are THIEVES. You are better off with larger company who will actually respond to your needs rather than take your money.

An amazing gym with the best trainers and staff aound Central Florida. These guys know what they are talking about and they get results. Championship Boxers workout at this gym.
