Today I went in to upgrade my iPhone, and was greeted right away by Thomas Rowe. What a great experience!! My family and I have been lifelong customers of Verizon, and now I will always return to this store. Thomas helped me from start to finish, explained the entire process, and made recommendations along the way. He was professional, thorough, and above all SO friendly! The transferring of data took a bit, but Thomas made it a point to prompt discussion about life outside of the store - We compared movie notes and our love for our cats 🤣 All of the other staff in the store were so kind, always asking me if I had gotten assistance, and checking in on their other staff members. Great teamwork and energy all around. So refreshing to have a retail experience that prompts recommendations to family and friends. Make sure you ask for Thomas next time you go in! 10/10 ⭐️
