Bought a sc300 self propelled mower last spring/summer. Won't start. They told me 6 to 8 weeks for service. It has a 3 year warranty. That's the poorest treatment of a customer I've just about ever experienced. Disgusting, lame an totally unfair.

They never have parts. There over priced. Poor customer service, they only do stock orders to order your parts to get free freight but they will charge you a freight charge in parts. As of 8/18/2021 because of my honest review of there business i have been banned from all 3 of there locations.

Great business when it was Calhoun's and had been going there for 10 years.The friendly atmosphere and family business attitude was exactly what a home town business should be in my opinion. I've been there for parts twice and one conversation on the phone and I'm done. The parts guy is as rude as they come! I will gladly buy my parts and next mower elsewhere!
