The food is a great but the service was absolutely awful. Our waitress spent more time on her phone at the register than tending to her many tables. We were missing multiple items and still got charged. Took way too long, too many issues, first time dining in and definitely our last. Do not recommend if you go with kids. Not family friendly at all.

Drove 20mins on my lunch break because I was craving NYC/LI style pizza and this place did not disappoint. My new favorite pizza place! Now, what would make this spot PERFECT is if they made baked ziti slices!!! 😋

Quite a place, and quite busy! There must have been a dozen staff members there on a Friday night. The pizza was very good, especially the special white pizza with broccoli and sausage. I wish all pizzas were a little more substantial like they were years ago, but alas, I haven't found any like that in the Capital District. It was a fine couple of pies at the Pizza Works though.

The food here was so nasty I didn’t finish my meal I gave it back to them and said I did not like it. I thought this was a real Italian restaurant and it wasn’t. First of all the food came out in 5 minutes it’s like they just heated the food in the microwave. The pasta was covered in so much sauce it was nasty it had no taste and the shrimp taste like it was raw. They have high school kids working in the kitchen. I thought this place would be good cause of the reviews there but don’t be fooled cause the food has no taste to it. We had to ask for bread and that was good and the salads were so small but that was good. My mom ordered a grilled chicken salad and her chicken was cold. She did not like it at all. My son ordered chicken wings and he liked them it was $20 for 10 wings. Never again 🤢It looked like chef boyardee!
