Went for a eyebrow wax(My 1st time at this location).And I was told it would be a half hour wait, then i was recommended to see the beauty salon at the same business location(clearly they dint want to attend me).In the mean time 2 staff members with no client's just sitting around.If I could leave a 0 star would do sow 1st and last time going to this unprofessional Nail salon.

I was not happy with the service. I have been going there for about a year. Have always got good service till this passed Friday. I ask the young lady to cut my toe nails. She never did. After She finish my toes and feet, She put some white cream on my legs and rubbed it in. Pedicure done. Now for my manicure. I told her to just trim my nails. She cut them down to nothing. I had to let her cut the other hand the same. The polish job she did was awful. For some reason during the ped and med she keep leaving me and would say be right back. The price they have on the wall says reg. med and ped, 38. She charged me 48. I will go back but will not let her wait on me.

Omg Alexis did my pedicure and I love her so much! She was hilarious and so engaging! Usually I just sit on my phone but this time I was laughing the whole time just the experience was amazing but she killed my toes❤️

Theresa does my nails. She is the best and will reproduce a picture or idea you have. She's great. Like the picture below, she gave me Victorian Roses that actually look like roses.
