Went In yesterday to get my phone upgrade fairly tires and still out of it left my debit card at home and had to run back home to get it. The associate there Tyler was extremely helpful and patient (especially explaining to me 6 times how the upgrade worked) and still helped me get out of there on time to get my girlfriend to work with a phone and accessories that I'm extremely pleased with. It's also worth noting that Tyler was assisting other employees in small ways without breaking his concentration with me and even derailed a grumpy lady trying to borderline attack another employee, his customer service skills were extremely commendable and made a very stressful day for me far less stressful.

When I bought the phone they did not tell me the phone could only be used on Verizon service.i saw a better deal for phone service some where else. Went there and they could not do the deal on my phone.i went to victra Verizon and asked then to discontinue my service.they said they couldn't do it there.also I had to do it myself. I called Verizon and cancelled my service. Went back to victra Verizon and they told me because I discontinued my service they won't take the phone back. I was willing to pay the the restocking fee.i feel they were not honest.

Needed a new phone and skipped the boring online purchase process and by going on, I was able to hear about relevant rooms and was even sold on a way better option of phone! The guest services are out of this world! Every single representative was highly knowledgeable and attentive from the second I walked in to picking up my phone a week later. Conor helped me every step of the way and it's abundantly clear that he not only knows his stuff but thinks on his toes. Great job guys and thank you for making an out of towner feel great in a new town.
