Horrible service from staff , called this place.and asked if they had a specific product and the person said they actually went and looked and they did have it , when I showed up I couldn't find it and when I asked for help the lady was rude telling me first they didn't have it then that they were out of stock, even tho I told her several times about speaking to someone on the phone who said they went and actually found the item and they had it in stock she just walked away like I didn't exist and began helping other customers, I'm sure her manager will be happy to know I put back about 100 bucks worth of other items and walked out because of her and I won't be coming back anytime soon if ever

I’m living in the country side, it takes at least one hour to drive back and forth to country max. I love this place, that’s why I go there every week, in the summer time I bought all my gardening stuff there. I have 3 different size fish tanks so I bought fish or live plants, accessories, gravel, fish food, anything fish related. I think I’m a really loyal customer. This Wednesday I purchased 15 neon tetra and 5 kuhli loaches, Wednesday night 5 of the tetra died, by Thursday night, all of the tetra died. I tested my water, perfect condition! Every fish, snail, shrimp including the loaches are fine and still alive in my tank.I went to the store, showed them pictures and also brought my water sample for them to test. The only girl at the fish room told me she doesn’t know how to test my water, so she talked to her manager Forrest. He said no store credit for me because I didn’t bring the dead fish! Please print it in your paper if it’s a must have!! The paper says, if possible! Not must! So disappointed and upset!

I have had great experiences here in the past. However, over the past few months I have noticed that customer service is terrible. The employees are not helpful and sometimes just plain rude, going so far as to sigh and roll their eyes to other employees when a customer is politely asking for help. I have personally witnessed this behavior with other customers I don't know, as well as experienced it myself. This store also has not seemed to have anything that is in their sales flyers. It just seems to be going down hill.
