My son and I stopped for lunch on the long drive from Buffalo to NYC. Service was a bit slow as there was only one person working the busy bar and largely empty restaurant where we sat, but the food was solid and we were glad to be eating in a real locals hangout rather than a fast food place.

Wow this restaurant is the best kept secret in LaFayette! I’ve driven by it for years and never heard a word about it or the food. My friend and I both ate dinner for under $20. The food was delicious especially the homemade chips. The restaurant is set apart from the bar which makes for a nice dining experience. Waitress was great. We will definitely be going back!
