Every time I go through the drive through it's like I'm bothering them and when you get to the window the lady is always rude. Every employee I've delt with here is the same which just comes down to poor management. If I owned this wendys I would make some changes.

This restaurant sucks! Horribly... Poor customer service @ drive thru and for the 20th time they still mess up my order!🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️Like seriously? Then when u tell them they messed up the order then they want to have an attitude! Poor service all the way across the board! From top on dwn to the employees... Plz, Milwaukee, do not spend or waste your hard earned money on poor customer service and food you didn't order! Also, they're food isn't that great to begin with. Nothing Is really appealing or healthy on the menu any ways.... To spend your $ on food is to have an awesome experience with the food itself, customer service experience and the dine in experience as well . Come on y'all! Stay blessed and safe

We stopped here on Saturday to get a bite to eat before doing some shopping at Walmart and Sam's club This is my first time being able to dine in Since the pandemic closed restaurant lobbys The restaurant seemed a bit understaffed but the lady Manger was assembling orders for dine in & to go orders While also running the front register for orders You would think you might have wait a bit to order seeing how busy she was at that moment But no she greeted us as we came in took our orders and had our food out to us within 5 minutes of arrival This is some amazing customer service with being short staffed

Wendy’s was short staffed. We couldn’t get free frosty that we were promised at The Bucks Game. We went through the drive thru and they didn’t respond to our request of we would like free frosty’s.
