Love elite nails!! Nam and Tiffany are my technicians and they both are incredible!!! I have been going here for over 10 years and I’m never disappointed. The salon is immaculate and the prices competitive. Try to call ahead for an appointment because they can get busy. Every technician there is sweet and attentive. Great service. All across board, was in & out ! Did manicure & pedicure. Prices are very fair. Be sure to ask for Tony! Thats who serviced me. He was very quick and made sure i was satisfied before leaving. Will be returning !

Ok if you asked me two months ago, I would’ve said 5 stars. I love me my pedicure guy (forgive me I forgot his name.) but he’s the sole reason I go here now. Great banter & even better nails. Shoutout to him 👏🏼 But lately the mani nail techs have been doing my nails EXTREMELY thin when I come in for Dip. The younger nail technicians have been literally gaslighting me every time I go in saying “ acrylic is better, nine times out of 10 customers come back because their dip broke after a day” Well DUH you made them paper thin! I told the man that I’ve never had a problem before. I’ve been getting Dip for years and never have they been so thin or break in under 3 weeks. Especially at this location. Last time I came the young lady let me leave with thin nails. Let me remind you, this is never happened to me before. So I had a little trust in her. After just hours, two of my nails broke. I returned the next day to Maria and she fixed my nails perfectly. She agreed that they were very thin and it felt very good to be validated because I thought I was going crazy. Now I went today and the nail tech kept telling me that everyone has different techniques after he made them very thin again. He was next to my previous nail tech who had made them thin, and told me then what the lady had told me. “They break fast, get acrylic”. No surprise there when he finally finished and I had to tell him to make them a lot thicker. But what drove me crazy is he mentioned he might have to charge me more. Ummmm that’s a whole scam WHAT? I’m going to try to post photos of the thin nails he did + after he fixed them. I want it to be known, they always do a beautiful job here. That’s not my problem. It’s that I’ve been gaslighting the few times I’ve been in there recently and it’s unreal. It’s unreal to me that I have to tell a nail technician how to do their job when they know they’re wronging me.

I came in and asked for pricing to remove my acrylics and do dip powder. The lady who greeted me( I believe the owner ) told me it would be $40 for dip powder or $55 if i wanted to get a refill with acrylic . I decided to just go with the dip powder. She started soaking my nails to remove the acrylics and then after she asked another technician to do my nails. The technician was not very welcoming, when i asked him his opinion on a color he said” it doesn’t really match but if that’s what you want i guess”?? I asked if i could add a design and he told me it would be $10 more which i agreed to.In my head I’m thinking it’s $50 total, when i get to the register he tells me it’s $60 dollars . I asked why and he said it was an additional $10 to remove acrylics, I truly wish I was told upfront.$10 is not a big deal but the dishonesty is. I will definitely drive 40 minutes for the salon I usually visit for next time, at least I know I will feel welcomed and they’re honest .
