Mr. Howard (employee), my sincerest graditude. >Extremely kind, knowledgable, conversational. Everything you should expect from a high-end jeweler. >No sense that any customer had any lesser value to another. >Me: teenage boy, clearly broke, dressed like I just left a frat party. Walked in and immediately declared I would not purchase anything, but was very interested in seeing the pieces in person (vs on the internet). Have had nightmare customer service experiences at some other watch shops for just entering the store. >Was ENCOURAGED to try on my dream watch (Daytona), rather than just taking a picture through display case. Most places do not allow any pictures. Was given a '22 Rolex catalog for free as a bonus. I WILL buy from N. Fox when I am able to afford my first genuine watch. That's the level of service they offer to anybody. TL;DR: -Test fit my dream watch. -Helped to achieve the perfect lighting for wrist pictures. -Treated like family. -100% perfect service from Mr. Howard.

Was Looking for a specific length in a gold chain. They ordered and had it in for me the next day! Really considerate sales women and very friendly! When I picked up the next day with my pup, you’d have thought she was their own with all the attention and treats she received! Great jewelers! Will definitely use again!!

I started the quest for my Rolex Submariner last September (2021). I contacted 6 different jewelry stores and the reception I received ranged from downright rude to guarded to very friendly which was what I experienced with Fox Jeweler's and their salesperson Chrissy. Much to my delight a watch became available earlier this month and I took possession of it last Monday (6/20/2022). I'm thrilled to have it and am equally thrilled to say the process and experience with Chrissy and Fox was totally accommodating, professional and pleasant. Top marks all the way around.

We went to Fox Jewelers hoping to find something small for my wife as a Christmas gift. We were given a warm welcome by Matt in this beautiful shop. He showed us around and made us feel at home. At no point did we ever feel the “sales pressure” you get from other stores. Matt showed us the gorgeous selection and tailored it to our budget, never trying to upsell. My wife was able to try anything she wanted on to make sure it was the right fit and she actually liked it. After finding the perfect necklace and having such a wonderful experience, we will be life long customers. Yes we reset diamonds and other gemstones all the time. We have many settings of which to choose and also offer custom and CAD services. All work is done on the premises by our jeweler. Please call and make an appointment.
Yes. We can put a new CR 2016 battery in your watch. Typically 1-day turn-around and the cost is $25.
