From the very first contact, it was a great experience. Everyone was helpful, pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The service was *much* faster than expected. Although Brian (pretty cool guy!) mostly helped me, the others were right on hand to get me started. I am so grateful to all of them.

Prompt monthly shipping of supplies, thank you! The only thing I would suggest to improve on is to not use such a large box with an abundance of packing paper. I do appreciate having the medical supplies shipped to me, but I feel a much smaller box could be used. The overly large box has been a consistent thing, but thank you for offering shipping.

Hello Kathy, We are advising customers to speak with their doctors to decide whether they should continue or discontinue the use of their machines. Right now we are facing a shortage of available CPAP machines so we cannot exchange them. But we do recommend you register your device for a replacement from Phlilips.
