Rented a boat for the day to take my family out on the lake. 30mins in, the battery died. Called the office to get a jump start or new battery and couldn't get any assistance. We spent all day stranded in the middle of the lake. Kids had no choice but to urinate into the lake. Someone finally responded 30mins before it was time to return the boat. I found this suspiciously convenient for them. Worst recreational experience of my family lives and no refund/apology offered.

I made my reservation over the phone at Anglers Bay with Pete the owner. He was very friendly, curious, and professional over the phone. Check in time was 3pm Sunday and check out time was 10am Thursday. The cottage B was a two bedroom one bath with a well equipped kitchen and a living room. The cottage had air conditioned and a nice size cable tv. WiFi also included and was way faster than mine at home. Gavin was the main employee there and was excellent helping us with our every need and want. When he and or Pete was on the dock they always helped us out of the dock and back into the dock. By the way the dock is excellent. Since it was our first trip to oneida lake in NY both Gavin and Pete helped us navigate the lake. You can not put in or take out your boat there but the ramp in less than a mile up the road and is a excellent facility. We were very pleased with our stay there and would recommend it to anyone. I would like to thank Pete and his wife and Gavin for a pleasant stay.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The whole experience was enjoyable. Highly recommend and I'm definitely going back and I even plan on renting a cottage from them.

Pete is a great dude with a nice facility, had our Jr Bass Club up & rented 3 cottages. Parking for 5 boats & trucks with outlets to charge our trolling motor batteries. Pete took time out of his evenings to play some football with the kids & was great with them! When we decide to come back to Oneida we will be booking here again!
