I hope the carrier today (8/19/22)who delivered mail in the Baxter Bog Park area/East Anchorage felt just a tiniest twinge of guilt after cramming a package into my small mailbox, damaging the contents inside and also thereby crushing the envelopes of the other pieces of mail. Not only are these mail carriers extremely lazy by not wanting to take the short walk up the sidewalk, apparently it seems, they are also afraid of a little rain. I'm curious, mail carrier. How would you like to have your belongings crushed/damaged? I don't think you would appreciate it all that much either. So, why do you do it to others? Just wondering. Yet again.

Didn’t offer help when bringing in my box and were rude. Continued talking when I walked in and just stared at me when I set down my box.

After seeing other reports of issues with delivering parcels and not giving you the key. It has happened to me. I have 3 parcels that were delivered and locked in the large parcel box. I’ve left the carrier a nice letter where he can see it and he just throws the junk mail through it. I called the customer service line and took 20minutes through the automated message and the lady I finally spoke to was nice and I got an email of this issue being fixed today. Had two carriers and still no key to my parcels. This is uncalled for.

I like this post office. I moved to the Muldoon area about 4 years ago from Palmer and the staff at this location are generally friendly and helpful. There are not usually long lines which I appreciate! I have of course had a few issues but things have always gotten fixed or worked out. Some of the staff have even helped me to take packages to my car when I needed it.
