I brought my car in for a "free" inspection and ended up paying 60 dollars for wipers of that 60 they charged me 24 to put the wiper blades on. I've had the car a year and the reccomendations was a 2000 dollar price tag. I will never go back to chevy. My business will be at mitsubishi.

Great experience. They waited for me to get there at around 4:25 because I don’t get out of work until 4:00 even though the last service is usually at 4 o’clock so I was greatly appreciative of that. Thank you.

Made an appointment for my brakes and they scheduled my mom instead. Called to have that fixed and got 3 emails confirming this. On my way to my appointment they called my father instead of me to tell him I was late (said I was supposed to be there at 10am instead of 10:30am like I was scheduled). They were told that's incorrect and they said that it was canceled the week prior anyway (when I called to tell them to schedule me not my mom). Got in there and while I waited the staff were screaming at each other (pretty sure they were joking but I couldn't tell). I was the only one in the waiting area and their screams were echoing. Then the service crew called my dad AGAIN to let them know what's going on with MY car and he quickly informed them that they had checked me in and had me sitting in the waiting room and to come talk to me instead of calling him. Overall I really don't like going here for appointments because it's always so chaotic and disorganized but I get special oil and free inspections. The brakes came out fine but I came in nearly crying due to being stressed out about being "late" and left flabbergasted at how they could have "forgotten" that I was waiting for my car when they checked me in and I was the only one there.

Everything was easy. I made the appointment online and could get in right away. When I showed up at the appointment, check-in didn't take long. They called me with a quote when they knew what was wrong. The truck was done when they said it would be and they called to let me know. Everyone was polite and informative. I couldn't have had a smoother experience.
