My best friend bought her wedding dress at CC's for her wedding that took place in May 2022. During her first dance with her husband, one of the straps broke off of the dress. She had to rush off the dance floor in the middle of her first dance so she wasn't exposed. Keep in mind, all eyes were on the new couple. Luckily her wedding planner had a small safety pin to hold the dress together while the bride's maid of honor left the wedding to go to the hotel to find a cute white dress for the bride to wear the rest of the night. Honestly, it was a mess. Under no circumstances, should the brides sister (her maid of honor) have to leave her wedding. Even worse, the bride was not able to wear her dress the rest of the evening / continue her wedding photos. We called CC's after the wedding and they wanted to just refund the bride for the alterations portion of her strap (a few hundred $$). Keep in mind, CC's pushed for the bride to use their "in-house" alterations team. CC's took NO fault for any of this, rather they blamed their alterations lady who is an independent contractor. It was honestly so much back and forth between the bride, the bride's mom, and CC's. CC's failed to return phone calls therefore it was very difficult to get in touch with them regarding this whole matter. I don't feel a few hundred $$$ is a good enough compensation for a few thousand $$ dress breaking and the bride not being able to wear it during her wedding. I DO NOT recommend CC's to anyone ....

I visited 4 bridal shops prior to taking the advice of my wedding planner Barb @ Artistry Design to visit this bridal boutique. Let’s start this review with staff….I met with Savannah .. ABSOLUTEY loved her… I can’t say enough about her level of patience, professionalism and her bridal knowledge.. she simply made my experience so delightful! Next.. boutique interior design was soft, calming just what a bride needs to ease her nerves. Not to mention how spotless & clean!!!! The fitting rooms have ample large mirrors and are spacious for several friends/ family to enjoy the bridal experience. with the bride. Keep up the great work ladies! 💕👗🍾🥂

Oh my goodness!! I had the absolute pleasure of saying YES to my dress here!! They have soooo many beautiful dresses that it almost makes picking hard, but you know in your heart when you find the one! My stylist Allie was amazing. She made me feel comfortable and beautiful and really knew the vibes I was going for. Everything she picked was spot on! She was beyond sweet and made my day so special and magical. Please make this shop a part of your special day. You won’t regret it!!!

Marilyn was fantastic! Just look at that face in the picture included! Her first dress pick she was ‘the one’! I couldn’t have imagined a better experience. After going to David Bridal it was a day and night experience! Definitely will recommend to anyone looking for a great bridal experience!
