I just bought a phone from this store yesterday and I had to comment on the excellent service I received. Joey took the time to make sure my phone was set up correctly and I was so pleased to find that there wasn't a fee for this, like with my carrier. I also forgot the box with the charger cord when I left but when I returned today, they had set it aside for me. All the people there I came in contact with were awesome, especially Joey!

Just realized I did not post my review for a March purchase. Better late than never. My trusty well traveled Lenovo Flex 3 has served me well, but I needed to shop for a replacement. Hours were spent looking at all options online. I need to see products in person and headed to Best Buy. Dominick aka Dom circled the computer section with me providing excellent feedback. I was there for a long time and am pleased with my purchase.

Drove an hour to pickup a laptop that was only in stock here. Listed as refurbished but excellent condition, with all essential accessories included. I get there and open it with them to make sure and sure enough it's missing the charger and stylus. Frusratingly, they wouldn't work with me on a reasonable price or discounting my purchase of a brand new one. Was of time, trip, and poor customer service.

Competitive prices. Customer service was excellent in locating a monitor I wanted to purchase. The rep in the computer area was very helpful. If I knew her name I would certainly give a shout out to her. She took the time to compare 2 products for me and locate the 32in 4k monitor for purchase. It was a easy transaction. Having worked for a BB in the past, I understand the challenges these team members have and the majority of them will do everything they can to assist you.

They carry a small sized document scanner by Epson that can be wired or wireless depending on model. Pretty sure it doesn't highlight by itself sadly...

It depends on the item. Most of the time it'll take about 3 to 5 days for a computer with software issue from what I've seen.
Diagnostics are free at most Apple Authorized stores. You will have to sign consenting to the Diagnostic.
They are doing their best to keep the Covid safety practices in good standing with keeping distances, masks required, safety glass between customers & staff. & as always being very nice & very helpful to each person that walks into the store.

On 22nd ave south and 16th st there is a liquor store has parking lot yard sales on the weekend. You can buy a bootleg cable box from one of the guys in the parking lot and get every channel free. He is a full time bright house tech, its a legit box.

I agree with JH, take it to your local apple store. Bestbuy has cellphone techs on site and their trained on working with Apple products, but with software issues I believe apple would be able to solve your issues faster.
