Horrible experience with their customer service by phone also as well in the store, Manager seem to not care that a 7-month-old pregnant Women has to be sleeping on the floor due to a mistake from their part. I went to the store to fix the issue and the customer service rep couldn't even look at us in the face or speak clearly. He said to us at a point "that's all I can do for you guys" after spending $2600 at the store I would think they would offer us at least a Box spring to lift the mattress. But manager disappeared after a two-word conversation with us which dint really solve anything. I highly recommend you spend a little more money and buy somewhere else because people who work for this company don't really care. So far, I have spoken to 5 different people and 2 different case numbers, and I had to get a Box spring to use for now until august 2nd. Hope my review can help others not make the same mistake on spending so much money here. Also my Furniture came scratch!

We have been regular customers at this store. Bought new furniture every year. Bought new living room sectional during Mother’s Day special. We were supposed to receive gift card for 10% of the sale which hasn’t arrived to date. Called 3 times to inquire with no resolution and getting run around all the time. Not to mention it’s extremely difficult to talk to anyone at the store. Unfortunately, that was our last purchase with Ashley

Laura was amazing. If you're shopping at Ashley be sure to find Laura and work with her. She was very helpful and not pushy like some of the other sales people I encountered at other stores. The reason I am writing this is because she actually gave me her personal cellphone number and answered my call on her day off. I called to return a couch that was too big for my house and the process was so easy. I am very pleased with the furniture and the whole process.

That wasn't mentioned when we bought ours. Side note: We ended up cancelling the mattress part of our order as we decided the tempur Pedic was too expensive. We then gave away our previous mattress.
Yes, There's two types of delivery. One is free, threshold delivery and white glove delivery for a charge.

That would be nice, wouldn't it? I believe since they build, design and deliver all their own furniture, they do want to get everything delivered on the day they promise delivery. However, if something delays that, it's usually best to not deliver, because it may have damages so it' s worth the wait sometimes. Call the manager and see how they can make your experience a world class one. They always do and are constantly willing to create raving fans.
