I called ahead to see if there was availability and I was told yes and was given an appointment time but instructed to call the day of the appointment. I called the day of my appointment and was told to come a hour after my appointment time scheduled. I was told to come to the shop, when I arrived to the parking lot I was told it's too late. I drove 30 minutes and waited 2 hours to be told I couldn't get my hair done when she was aware I was on a time crunch. Very unprofessional, unreliable, and inconsiderate of other time.

I called 8/31 to set appointment up for 9:30 am, educated owner that I have to be at work at 11:30 allowing two hours to braid (Cornrow) my hair owner showed up at 9:15 am to open the store no problem there people run late. After I sat for 20 Mins in the lobby the owner then informed me that the woman who would be doing my hair did not show. She is unable to get a hold of her, while this is not the owners fault a level of professionalism should be in place to let me know at 10:00 am she did recommend me to another braiding place. I was 1 1/2 Hours late to work due to the lack of communication.
