Went in to start Dental treatment with my insurance plan. Received only exam and x-ray was charged nearly $400. 00. Insurance paid $109.00. was left owing the rest and have not gotten any dental work. I have called and called to ask about charges. This was in network of my Dental plan. Have not heard from anyone. Telephone keeps ringing. Had no problem when I was calling to get the appointment.

Update: I'm changing the amount of stars due to scheduling..appointments have not been on time for my last two visits. For the first visit, I sat in the waiting room for about 30 minutes, was moved to a chair and waited nearly 45 min to an hour extra to be seen. This time, I left 30 minutes into my appointment because I had not been seen and needed to get back to work. I'm super disappointed and will be changing dentists. Customer service was great as usual but my time is no longer taken into consideration. 2019: Absolutely LOVE Smile Design! Always on time, courteous and fantastic service!

Amazing dentist and support crew! They are honest hard-working and they get the job done efficiently. This is what people want I am so happy that we chose this place for our family dentist. On my second appointment with a crown for one of my molars they replaced it faster than an oil change! Amazing service with a smile. Highly recommend!

No one enjoys going to the dentist, but my experiences here have been good considering. Lorena did my teeth cleaning and she was fantastic - very nice, knowledge and did a great cleaning. I requested her to do my next one. Definitely recommend her. I haven’t had any work done by the dentist, but the couple times I’ve seen him he has seemed competent. I do need a bridge done soon, but the price they quoted me seemed really high. I will probably wait until I have a better dental insurance and see if that helps with the expense.
