Not impressed. Unhelpful phone staff—truly gave impression she could care less. The doctor was helpful, but seemed overbooked. I have no issue with waiting, but would have appreciated more communication and less sassy responses from front desk.

Horrible place, my dog is beyond skittish so he cannot do drop off which is in the notes and has always been the case with every visit. They literally call me the day before to tell me I either have to drop him off or reschedule, very unacceptable and didn't try to accommodate us in any way. This place is a complete and total rip-off and waste of money. Save yourself the headache and money and go anywhere besides Banfield

The place itself is great. The other location at Coconut Point had grassy areas and landscaping in the parking lot that animals could use the bathroom after the car ride. The parking area here is small with lots of businesses, but it would be nice if one space could be sacrificed to put some sod down (just an idea).

I brought my baby Nikolai to Dr. Courson last month, it was our 1st time at the new Banfield. It was a last minute emergency, luckily we are on the Wellness Plan, it makes taking care of our boy much easier regarding cost. It was very clean and all the staff treated us Great!!! Dr. Courson took very good care of Nikolai and was very understanding of his needs. We are actually going back tomorrow for Nikolai's check up, looking forward to seeing Dr. Courson and the friendly staff. My fiance and I Love Our Boy, he means the World to us both, we recommend the Wellness plan and give a big 🐕🐕🐕🐕🐕to Dr. Courson and his staff at Banfield🐕🐕🐕🐕🐕

No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.
We believe that preventive care is the most effective way to keep your pet healthy throughout all stages of life. Our pet hospitals offer many preventive care treatments, including: • Vaccinations • Dental Care • Parasite Control • Nutritional Counseling • Behavioral Counseling • Comprehensive Examinations
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
