I was with this company for over 15 years. Never had an accident, paid my insurance on time, maybe used them once over that time for help with a rental since I had it on my policy. First accident in March 2022, got the car the last week still with issues 8/19/2022. And the insurance company drag me through the mud. Worst experience ever. Now I have to find a new insurance company. I will never come back to them.

i think you don't have to report, as long as the person would fix the vehicle, but report the insurance just in case.
