This particular location used to be one of the best McDonald's for miles and miles around. Lately, over the past several months this location has continued to go downhill. The service is extremely slow. I pulled up and there was only 2 cars between me and the speaker where you order. I was in line waiting for my food for about 15 minutes if not longer. The employees at the register and food window have very bad attitudes and show no joy or anything positive when interacting with them. If and when they do talk to you it is in a very low voice and they act as if it is a huge inconvenience to speak with you. At least my order was correct despite the French fries not being filled even close to all of the way full.

Ordered 7 items at 10:52pm on 06/18/2022 for a group of 3. My big Mac was missing which happens. We attempted to go through the drive again to bring this up but were ignored. The worker was doing their closing tasks and refused to acknowledge our existence. Long story short I'm hungry and everything else in the area is closed.

Came in the restaurant absolutely starving! My mobile app was glitching and so is my phone and I was getting so frustrated that I couldn’t order lunch. When I was ready to leave over frustration from my phone, two staff members came forward and help me figure it out very quickly! I was fed, happy and back on the road in no time!

I ordered a bacon egg and cheese mcmuffin. they gave me steak and cheese, but it was so greasy it leaked all over my pants and my car seat and was running down my hands and arms while I ate it. this is not the first time I've had an experience like this at this location. I mean no harm, but the lady taking my order in the drive thru clearly could not hear. she asked me to repeat my order 3 times and still heard steak when I said bacon?!
