Best Buy wanted me to pay $80 shipping for a diagnostic + $300 repair because of the broken hinge on my laptop. This place fixed it for half of the total Best Buy wanted. And my repair most likely would of lasted a month. This place took a week (parts had to be shipped in for my case) This guys were nice and gave me a free diagnostic and final price before my repair. I was a bit nervous about leaving my laptop with a company I wasn’t familiar with but I recommend trusting them. They texted and emailed when it was ready for pick up. I don’t really write reviews but I know finding a place to get a repair can be stressful so this place is a good choice based on my experience.

Made me wipe my phone to do a simple screen repair. After doing a backup and promising they'd be able to restore it after, were unable to get any of my data back. Months of messages and data lost. There was no need to wipe my phone for a screen repair.

Absolutely Horrible Customer Service. I made arrangements to have my daughter's phone screen replaced on Wednesday last week, someone was supposed to come to my house to do this but never showed nor called. After getting in touch with the business I was now told I had to go to the store which is located on Court St, about a 30 minute drive from my house. Today is the only day I have free time so I go & get told that in order to replace the screen I need the icloud password, which I do not have on my person nor did anyone ever tell me I would need. So now I walk out because my frustration is building due to being inconvenienced by this business 2x already without any hint of remorse. I calm down & think that maybe I can leave the phone, go home get the password & call them so they can start the replacement then go pick it up when it's done in 2 hours (which is how long I was told the replacement would take). I go back inside to do exactly that and get told that they do not do this... I was instantly annoyed! I totally understand businesses have policies/rules but this was absolutely ridiculous. They couldn't & wouldn't even make an exception. So because this business couldn't just do what they had originally said I now have to drive back & forth 3 times, 30 minutes each way at practically $5 a gallon... I never did get an apology.
