I was having issues with my iphone 11pro only 2 years old with audio problems. I was able to hear the other party clear but they always complained I sounded distant and faint which became barely audible this week. I set up an appointment to diagnose the problem at Best Buy, the diagnostics showed a busted speaker which they supposedly played for me. Repair would have cost $550 at least so they said i should upgrade . At the ATT store i was third in line, so I googled repairs and found these guys. I called and they could barely hear me so they said stop by and we’ll clean your lower speaker they don’t go bad. 10 mins later I was in their store, took the phone in the back cleaned it and 5 mins later I had the phone back and he said whatever i want to give him…..I gave him a nice TIP! Crystal Clear on the other end with everyone I called!!!! saved me a ton!!!! Honest and Quick!!!!

The dude who works here did a crummy replacement on a new screen for my iPhone and it cracked in less than 24 hours! It cost me $170 for a piece of glass that took him ten minutes to replace. He did not give me any type of receipt (even by text or email) and would do nothing to replace the faulty screen after calling and arguing with me instead saying he drives a BMW and it’s my fault the screen cracked. It says on their website that they offer a 180 day warranty on any parts but he said he wouldn’t replace the screen without paying full price again with a ‘discount’. DO NOT use this business. BUYER BEWARE!

Latest update; I was contacted by the field operation manager, he was very apologetic and stated he was going to get me a replacement device. Yesterday he contacted me again and said the replacement device can be picked up. I did pick it up and I am happy again. Thanks again Sheikh. Hello, I have been trying to reach your store location in Astoria regarding my product highlighted in yellow that I had to return back to get fix the right way in the beginning of January 2022. Last time I spoke to the person in charged, he stated the item could not be fix and I can get a replacement. When the replacement comes in I will receive a call. 2 weeks went by and then I called 2 weeks ago. Someone said the person in charge is out on family emergency and he will be back the next Wednesday and that he was covering for that person. I have been calling for the past week trying to reach someone and I cannot reach no one. It’s funny they responded to a post earlier today about not answering calls, I sent an email after I seen the replied and I have yet to get a response to my email.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!! Should have done it myself, guy can't glue 2 pieces properly if his life depended on it. Repaired my screen with the cheapest one on ebay (lines all across screen because it was fake and cheap) and i could stick 3 credit cards through the gap he left "didnt even need to clamp it" he said, go in here to lose money, otherwise go somewhere else. Next time the idiot should use the clamps. The seller response to all bad reviews are also pretty much not doing anything for past clients and disregarding what they said.
