Best property management company in the High Desert. Been doing business with them since 2012 n as a renter I couldnt be more pleased with Parker Integrity Property Management. They were the only company to help me get in my new house n I trust them 200%. I highly recommend them

Not very professional and very late on responding back. Had a horrible time corresponding with them. Try not to work with them or buy a property with them if possible. There were only 2 people there who were friendly and they were on top of the maintenance but that was it really. I have never worked with a horrible real estate management before until they came about.

Parker Integrity was so helpful during my entire stay at their property! The application process was very easy, the only downside was that it took a full 7 days to complete. While in the property maintenance issues were taken care of in a timely manner, and the entire staff was extremely professional and helpful. When I vacated after two years in the property I got the majority of my deposit back, the only things taken out were due to a few holes that we had caused. I ended up buying a home through them otherwise I'd still be their tenant. Highly recommend.

One of the best places to buy/rent up here in the high desert. When I moved up to the high desert from LA I made the mistake of not going with these guys at first. The difference is astounding... Eric personally showed us the place we wanted to rent - not pushing us to go faster, answering all of our questions (opposite of the last company we were with), and went overboard helping us with the paperwork after we said we wanted the place. The two years I rented from Parker Properties were the best ever - paid rent online, when something broke it was fixed INSTANTLY. We had a plumbing issue on a weekend and they called a plumber out within 20 minutes of me reporting the problem (wow). They have a very detailed walk through before and after you move in/out - I got my deposit back that same week. Really nice people working here. Definitely recommend checking Parker Properties out if you're moving up here.
