For a regular Insomnia Cookie, the price is about $4.00 per cookie. It is a nice size cookie, so it is worth the price. They do have mini cookies available too for about $2.25. The cookies are nice, and warm. They also sell cookie sandwiches, brownies, and icecream. A nice variety overall.

Same song and dance as other 2-star reviews- delicious, amazing cookies, but for some reason they are so chronically short on delivery staff that ordering delivery is a bad idea. Stopped doing that months ago, tried again tonight, I’m an hour-forty after my order and was told they’re getting it to their delivery person and it’ll be here in half an hour. Minus the half an hour part I was told the same thing 40 minutes ago. So what lesson did I learn? Oh, I also paid about 10$ more in order to get them delivered. I ordered delivery because leaving the house wasn’t really an option. If leaving were more practical, doing pickup would mean, what, a 7-minute walk? I live three or four blocks away. My question to the larger Insomnia Cookies company overseeing them is why on earth are you not sinking every dollar you have into hiring more delivery drivers? All of this is in addition to working with two additional food delivery services (grubhub and I forget the other). I order exclusively from their site and this is still the result. I mean this is embarrassing! The people that work there, as well as the cookies, deserve better. If it’s not a lack of personnel then figure out the problem and fix it before a great cookie store sinks. On the other hand, I once got double my order by mistake. My god, that was heavenly. Get the s’mores cookies, PICK THEM UP, and thank me later.

Who doesn't like these cookies? I dropped into this location with my mom because she had never been to this one. We got a few cookies, and they were great. The location had a few people come in and out to purchase something, but the whole experience was in and out. The staff was friendly, and the location was visibly clean. The only thing that I can think of that was different was that all the cookies were not in the display, only the 2 different kinds of red velvet cookies. However, that wasn't a big deal, just something that stood out to me.

Don't know what has happened to this established They did a better job of delivery when we were in a full blown pandemic and new to business. Obviously the cookies are delicious, but I would recommend picking up from this location rather than ordering delivery. The last two times I have waited more than 2 hours, and have had to cancel, no more business from me. BTW Contacting them to ask about the status of the order can be nearly impossible as well and they tell you it's on the way, hated to be lied to so Only pick up.
