This place is trash don’t even bother they need to fired the entire staff and start over who ever owns this is loosing money for an entire hour they had the doors locked I counted at least 20 people that walk up and drove up and turned away. And all the workers was doing was being in the back. Said the cookies will be 20 minutes which was long pass due. Just don’t waste you time walk pass it and find another location

The girl at the register was rude and disrespectful with her partner .This obnoxious behavior led to one purchase instead of all of us purchasing cookies. Poor service less sales. The workers need to learn to check their attitudes at the door. 125th is a very busy area and her terrible service ruined a sale. #leavethecustomerserviceindustry #leavetheattitudeathome

Was craving ice cream one night. They had ice cream on display and they wouldn't even bother to scoop it, instead they said they don't sell it. Employee didn't bother to try. Didn't even look me in the eyes when I was next on line. Terrible customer service. Ruined my entire experience. Read the other reviews, same problem happening over and over again. Go somewhere else it's not worth it.

If you’re thinking about getting delivery from here, don’t! Every time that I have ordered from this location, either my cookies have arrived completely smashed or I did not receive an item from my order. And they never pick up their phone either. Just save yourself the trouble and go to the location on Amsterdam Ave and W. 110th if you can.
