I enjoyed my stay at Third Encore in Anaheim.. great facility in all regards. Perfect for making music. Clean, well-maintained.. and made for the purpose of music/recording/rehearsing. Highly recommend to any and all musicians in OC, CA. Good value and management. Good neighbors, trustworthy property and decent location. Thumbs way up!+ :)

Watch OUT! Third Encore Corporate has underhanded management measures in place not to give any explanation to their month to month tenants who have been paying rent loyally for 7 years why they put a notice to vacate on your door, then they cash your rent payment for the current month, and then, after deleting your contact info, and without a customer focused management style, immediately a notice to vacate is put on your door without any prompt notification by text, email, or even a phone call, from corporate and Chad Wanke till you find the notice on your door too late without the appropriate time necessary to move your property out of your room safely. BEWARE!, Chad has served as an official voting Delegate for the California Republican Party, plays both sides of the fence, is self-serving, and does not provide a customer focused management style in regards to personally managing Third Encore Studios in Anaheim. Third Encore Annex Anaheim is a real class act because after working and bonding with the producers and bands there and paying rent there for seven years nobody in the Annex community knows anything or want's to be incriminated about being privy to why Chad Wanke put's you out and displaces your studio is very suspicious and then the Annex community turns there back on you when you have any questions.
