They book you on loads and sell it cheaper then and tell you that's it's cancelled by customer. Usual practice for small brokerages like that. They won't even email you back telling you that, untill you reach out to them. If you're lucky and they put you on the load - than it's ok. But I only had negative experience.

We booked a load to pick up from our location and shipping to one of our customers in NY. The broker told the driver something different that the load was going to KS instead. after the driver got things shorted out with dispatch he left because he didn't want to drive to NY. But the broker said there will be a TONU of $500. I question why, when it was his fault we did not have a load going to KS and now our customer is down a machine till we find another truck. Feels like a scam and after reading the reviews I'm starting to believe it.

DON'T WORK WITH THAT COMPANY ! They are rude and unprofessional. They don't pay their bills and never pick up the phone. There is nobody there to talk to . AVOID THAT cargo Solution Express if you want have a great life .
