Worse credit union on Inland Empire. Customer service worst than a flee market. Avoid an account there...unless your self esteem is very low..

They charged me for a replacement card!!! $10 for a replacement debit card cuz mine got hacked.....are you serious?! Definitely switching to a better bank. Customer Service reps are friendly though.

I've banked there for years. Very loyal, used to brag. But since my divorce id go in needing help and it's with things they used to be able to do for me with no advance notice now they charge huge amounts, cant help me at all and shut me down... I wish I could say the amazing things I used to feel but to be honest I am a single mom and now I have no where else to turn for more help... cant recommend them anymore. I heard credit unions are supposed to go above and beyond... but I'm so disappointed

Love this credit union! Employees are nice & courteous. Amazing Service, Help us with all of our banking needs. My whole family & I have banked with this credit union for over 10 years. Would never bank anywhere else!
