Came here at 11am for a tea during my work break and nothing was ready. No tea, no bubbles, nothing. When you only have a 15min break your expecting for the store to be up and running. I’m quickly getting over bubble tea. Not only is it expensive but nothing is ever ready.

This place is simply incredible. The tea was so good that I got 2 in a row. Back to back. No shame. My friend spilled her drink and the cashier was very understanding and didn't charge her for a remake. A pleasant experience!

It's in a food court kind of area with a lot of other stores. Many people come here a lot, especially teenagers from the residing schools nearby. This a different kind of kung fu tea stores ive experienced, they have their own cards that could only be used at their location but if you buy 9 drinks, you get one free. Also, they dont have the scanner to scan the qr code when you download the kung fu tea app. The wait may be really long at times. It would be difficult to locate when in traffic but also just in general since its within a store and not their own. The wait can also be long at times but overall, nice staff, drinks dont take too long to make, and their drinks taste like any overall kung fu tea drinks.

I order oolong tea with bubble, but they messed up that they didn't put my bubble in. I told them about it. They do helped me put bubble in. Anyway, tea I got was good!
